Tobruk, Tobrouk, Tobrok o Tubruq (árabe: طبرق; transliterado como Tóbruch, Tobruch, Ţubruq, Tobruck) [1] es una ciudad, puerto, municipio y península en el este de Libia, dentro de la región de la Cirenaica, cerca de la frontera con Egipto.
El Sitio de Tobruk fue un asedio impuesto por las Fuerzas del Eje durante 240 días sobre la población-fortaleza y puerto aliado de Tobruk en 1941, en el contexto de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
La batalla de Tobruk comenzó el 10 de abril de 1941, cuando las fuerzas del Eje intentaron tomar la ciudad. La Guarnición de Tobruk estaba compuesta por tropas británicas, australianas, checoslovacas, polacas, indias y sudafricanas.
