Synopsis. Mary Callahan works as a hostess in the model home of real estate salesman Wilbur Babcock. One morning, she finds Jeff Langan asleep in the model's bedroom. He offers to leave if she makes him a cup of coffee, and while he drinks it, Mary falls in love with him, although she would rather die than admit it.
