27 de abr. de 2017 · I’m not vocalizing; I’m singing. Exene sounded pretty untrained and raw and I really loved that about her. She seemed tough and I liked that about her. She was just breaking all the rules and I loved that about her because I never wanted to follow the rules and I thought rules were stupid – musical rules.
Other highlights are the ballad "You Could Make A Killing", with Juliana Hatfield helping out on background vocals, "Amateur", "That's Just What You Are" and "Frankenstein" but, on the whole, I'm With Stupid is a pretty consistent album (excepting the jarringly bad "Superball").
