Charlotte Sophia Somerset, Duchess of Beaufort (11 January 1771 – 12 August 1854), formerly Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower, was the wife of Henry Somerset, 6th Duke of Beaufort. She was the daughter of Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Marquess of Stafford, and his wife, the former Lady Susanna Stewart.
Duchess of Beaufort is a title held by the wife of the Duke of Beaufort in the Peerage of England. In 1657 Henry Somerset, 3rd Marquess of Worcester married Mary Capell and in 1682 the dukedom was created by Charles II, making Henry the first Duke and Mary the first Duchess of Beaufort.

Lady Charlotte Sophie Leveson-Gower, was born 11 January 1771, the daughter of Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Marquess of Stafford, and his third wife, Lady Susanna Stewart. She married on 16 May 1791, at Lambeth Church, Henry Charles Somerset, later 6th Duke of Beaufort.
