Blood on the Tracks is the fifteenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on January 20, 1975, [3] [4] by Columbia Records. The album marked Dylan's return to Columbia after a two-album stint with Asylum Records. Dylan began recording the album at an A & R studio in New York City in September 1974.

3 de sept. de 2014 · In 1996, a rare year in which no new Dylan album came out, he collaborated on two songs on a Dylanesque album by Gerry Goffin, Back Room Blood. Goffin, of course, was the songwriter who co-wrote fifty top forty hits, many with his first wife Carole King.
The guitar work is good, and Goffin comes across sounding something like a rock-blues Bob Dylan, without the nasal twang, or Tom Waits. Standout tracks: Sacred Heart of Stone, Relief & Rough Theology.
