Arild Andersen (born 27 October 1945) is a Norwegian jazz musician bassist, known as the most famous Norwegian bass player in the international jazz scene.
Masqualero. Masqualero (1983–1991) was a Norwegian jazz group. Originally named "The Arild Andersen Quintet", [1] [2] the group soon changed its name to Masqualero [3] in celebration of the Wayne Shorter composition. [4] Masqualero recorded four albums, three of which were awarded the Spellemannsprisen. [5]
