At any rate, while this song is nothing to write home about, at least Stevie gets to do more than sing backup on it. But why didn't Robbie write something different for her to sing?
He followed Distant Shores with another McVie-produced release, Orders From Headquarters, which was released the following year. This time, Stevie Nicks provided her vocals, performing a duet with Patton on the single "Smiling Islands."
