Crane and Kinsley carried on as the Merseys and Johnny Gustafson and John Banks recorded as a duo and also as the Quotations, and their ‘Cool It’ is well worth a listen. But the best thing the Merseybeats/Merseys ever released in any incarnation, was ‘I Stand Accused’, closely followed by a Pete Townsend song, ‘So Sad About Us’.
