Clementina Maria Sophia Walkinshaw (1720 – 27 November 1802) was the mistress of the Jacobite claimant Charles Edward Stuart. Born into a respectable Scottish family, Clementina began to live with the Prince in November 1752 and remained his mistress for eight years.

Clementina (1720–1802) was the youngest of the ten daughters of John Walkinshaw of Barrowhill (1671–1731) and his wife Katherine Paterson. The Walkinshaws owned the lands of Barrowfield and Camlachie, and her father had become a wealthy Glasgow merchant (founding the textile village of Calton).
Clementina Walkinshaw was the mistress of Prince Charles Edward Stuart (d. 1788), also known as Bonnie Prince Charlie, the Young Pretender, and was alleged to have been a Hanoverian spy.
