Pod left the group and was replaced by Haa-Lacka Binttii (né Daniel Figgis). With Binttii on drums, tape loops and keyboards, the band secured a deal with Rough Trade Records.
Known as Haa-Lacka Binttii, Daniel was the drummer with the Virgin Prunes for around a year at the start of the '80s. He subsequently formed Princess Tinymeat as Binttii with Tom Rice and Sissybox to release 3 Singles and a compilation.

Keyboards & percussion – 1981 “Haa-lacka” wasn’t a reference to hair lacquer (old-fashioned name for hair spray), but apparently an indication that he lacked humour. “Bintii” means “queen” in Swahili. also records as: Princess Tinymeat, Daniel Bintii.
