Bega Begum (1511 - 17 de enero de 1582) fue emperatriz del Imperio mogol, como primera esposa y consorte del emperador Humayun. [1] Su legado arquitectónico más importante es el mausoleo de su marido, la tumba de Humayun en Delhi, la cual encargó a finales del siglo XVI.
Bega Begum (c. 1511 – 17 January 1582) was Empress consort of the Mughal Empire from 26 December 1530 to 17 May 1540 and 22 February 1555 to 27 January 1556 as the first wife and chief consort of the second Mughal emperor Humayun.

The tomb of Humayun was built by the orders of his first wife and chief consort, Empress Bega Begum (also known as Haji Begum). Construction began in 1565 and was completed in 1572; it cost 1.5 million rupees, paid entirely by the Empress.
