Valeriya Alexeyevna Golubtsova (15 May 1901 in Nizhny Novgorod — 1 October 1987 in Moscow) was a Soviet scientist who was the director of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute from 1943 to 1952. She was the wife of Georgy Malenkov.
