16 de mar. de 2004 · Mar 16, 2004. Richmond, CA. Just going through my old blues cd collection and rediscovered Ronnie James Weber who played with Little Charlie & the Nightcats. I like his slap, which is a bit Hinton-esque, but he doesn't play alot of DB on the one album I have (Straight Up!).
Blues bassist Ronnie James Weber has ascended to the top of his field and is now one of the most respected and in-demand players of both the electric and the stand-up acoustic bass in the country. His career began in earnest when he joined the band of Blues harp virtuoso Mark Hummel in the early 1990’s.
