Lee Shapiro is an American musician/arranger who was a member of the band The Four Seasons and the founder of The Hit Men, a brand of supergroups featuring session and touring musicians from other bands.
Lee Shapiro is Managing Partner at 7wireVentures, an investment firm he co-founded over a decade ago. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Livongo Health [NASDAQ:LVGO] until November 2020. Previously he was President of Allscripts [NASDAQ:MDRX] from 2001 until the end of 2012.
Gerry Polci and Lee Shapiro were key members of the Four Seasons during the 1970s and ’80s. Polci drummed and occasionally took on lead vocals, most famously singing lead on their 1975 #1 hit “December 1963 (Oh, What A Night).” Shapiro played keyboards and acted as a musical arranger.
Lee Shapiro was one of the founding members of Frankie Valli's Four Seasons. He now leads a band called The Hitmen.
