Martha Elaine Wash (born December 28, 1953) is an American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer.
12 de feb. de 2007 · Martha Wash sounds phenomenal here, as always--AND Izora Rhodes Armstead's deep and gritty, gospel-infused vocals also shine and provide a great counterpoint to Martha's soaring belt and soprano. On later albums, Martha's vocals were most often showcased, while on this album Martha and Izora share the spotlight more equally.
