The Wexner Center for the Arts is the Ohio State University 's "multidisciplinary, international laboratory for the exploration and advancement of contemporary art." The Wexner Center is a lab and public gallery, but not an art museum, as it does not collect art.
Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts. CCAD’s Amelita Mirolo MFA in Visual Arts program brings together accomplished makers from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds to form a community ready to be challenged as artists, thinkers, and citizens.
Although the Wexner Center for the Arts is a building with a formal program, conserve and promote works of visual art, is also a hub of activities and a passageway in which people develop their own lives, often disconnected from the intention institutional building.
Carefully tailored to the needs of students in first grade through eighth grade, and administered by local artists in partnership with our professional staff, our scientifically based arts education curriculum provides hands-on opportunities to explore dance, visual arts, theatre, music, and more.
