The saxophone and guitar heavy, ambient set captures the instrumental interplay and unique textural sounds for which Manzanera and Mackay have come to be known for.
Re-release on Vinyl and cd of this collection of favourite traditional carols arranged for acoustic instruments overseen by ROXY Music’s Andy Mackay and Phil Manzanera.
AM.PM is an unusual album and one that requires a few spins on the turntable. Manzanera and MacKay have never done the expected. On this album they experiment, and it pays off. It is a fascinating musical excursion and an album that delivers something different every time it is heard.

Phil Manzanera is a creative guitar legend of the very highest order and Andy Mackay remains arguably the most well-known and loved saxophone player outside of Mel Collins. With "Am.Pm.", they have created a rather exhilarating all-instrumental release that truly deserves more than cursory acknowledgement, perhaps even tossing in massive applause.
