Botch is an American mathcore band formed in 1993 in Tacoma, Washington. The band, featuring Brian Cook, Dave Knudson, Tim Latona and Dave Verellen, spent four years as a garage band and released several demos and EPs before signing to Hydra Head Records.

16 de feb. de 2023 · Dave Knudson, Dave Verellen, Brian Cook, and Tim Latona formed Botch in the early ‘90s after meeting at DIY punk shows in South End community centers and all-ages spaces.
As the two learned about the outer reaches of underground music from each other, Knudson would eventually meet a drummer from the high school jazz band, Tim Latona, who would round out the musical core of the band.
