26 de may. de 2020 · Hugh Nicholson is the son of the former owners of Greenhall House during the early 1960’s. Born on 30th July 1949 in Rutherglen, he became an accomplished musician and songwriter. His brothers are producer Matt Nicholson and guitarist David Nicholson.

Lead guitarist in Scotish bands The Scots Of St. James (summer 1966 to 1967) and The Poets (2) (1967 to January 1971). He later led the pop band Blue (31) and subsequently worked with Gary Numan.
