Raymundo "Ray" Barretto Pagán (April 29, 1929 – February 17, 2006) was an American percussionist and bandleader of Puerto Rican descent. Throughout his career as a percussionist, he played a wide variety of Latin music styles, as well as Latin jazz.
10 de feb. de 2007 · I deducted a star because some of the singers (Yolanda Rivera, etc.) sounded a little off, but the band has energy to spare! THIS is the way to hear the classics of Barretto. One of the best live-salsa CDs I own. If you like Barretto's music, this is the definitive live-discography of his music. Get it!
