Jörg Fischer (Alemania Occidental; 4 de julio de 1957) es un músico y compositor alemán conocido mayormente por haber sido guitarrista de la banda de heavy metal Accept, entre 1978 y 1982, y 1984 a 1988.
Jörg Fischer (born 4 July 1957) is a German guitar player, primarily known for his work with the German band Accept. He joined the band at the end of the recording sessions for their self-titled debut and played on the albums I'm a Rebel and Breaker until leaving before recording began for the fourth album Restless and Wild .

En 1978 y antes de iniciar las grabaciones de su álbum debut, Wahl y Rubach anunciaron su retiro de la banda como de la escena musical, siendo sustituidos por Jörg Fischer y Peter Baltes respectivamente.
