This show would turn out to be longtime bassist Greg Richling's and drummer Jack Irons' final show with the band. On September 8, Richling officially announced that he was leaving the Wallflowers after 20 years with the band.
Wallflowers es una banda de Rock alternativo formada en Los Ángeles ( Estados Unidos) a principios de los 90, compuesta por el vocalista y guitarrista Jakob Dylan (hijo de Bob Dylan ), Fred Eltringham ( batería ), Rami Jaffee ( teclado) y Greg Richling ( bajo ).
Dylan decide reformar Wallflowers, para ello contacta con el guitarrista Michael Ward, el bajista Greg Richling y el baterista Mario Calire y mantiene a Jaffee. El grupo firma por Interscope y graba su segundo álbum bajo la producción de T-Bone Burnett, un amigo de la familia de Dylan.

18 de may. de 2016 · During this time, Greg Richling became the group’s permanent bassist while drummer Peter Yanowitz departed, leaving the group without a full-time drummer. Still, The Wallflowers signed with Interscope Records and began preparing for their second album.
