Louis Marie Jacques Amalric, comte de Narbonne-Lara (August 1755 – 17 November 1813) was a French nobleman, soldier and diplomat. [1] Born at Colorno in the Duchy of Parma, Louis, comte de Narbonne-Lara, was possibly the illegitimate son of King Louis XV of France.
Marie-Adélaïde-Charlotte de Narbonne-Lara, (née le 11 mai 1790 - morte en 1856), épouse en 1809 Claude-Philibert Barthelot, comte de Rambuteau. Enfants illégitimes. Il a également deux enfants naturels: Louis-Jean-Amalric de Narbonne-Lara, avec l'actrice Jeanne Pitrot-Verteuil.

Nommé ambassadeur à Vienne en 1813, Narbonne ne cesse, au cours de cette année capitale pour le destin de l'Empire, de prêcher la paix à Napoléon. Il meurt du typhus à Torgau.
