Thomas Pelham, 1st Baron Pelham of Laughton Bt (c. 1653 – 23 February 1712) was a moderate English Whig politician and Member of Parliament for several constituencies. He was the younger son of Sir Nicholas Pelham and educated at Lewes Grammar School (1557), Queens’ College, Cambridge (1561) and studied law at the Inns of Court (1566). He succeeded his nephew Oliver Pelham in 1585.
