William Villiers, 2nd Viscount Grandison (1614 – 23 September 1643) was an Irish peer and Royalist soldier who was fatally wounded during the First English Civil War in 1643.

William Villiers, 2nd Viscount Grandison (1614–1643) was a supporter of King Charles I and died of wounds received at the Battle of Bristol in 1643. His daughter the Hon. Barbara Villiers, became the mistress of King Charles II and was created Duchess of Cleveland in 1670.

He married Mary Bayning, daughter of Paul Bayning, 1st Viscount Bayning of Sudbury and Anne Glemham, on 31 October 1639. They had one daughter: [1] William fought in the English Civil War as a Royalist, and died on 30 September 1643, from wounds received in action at the Siege of Bristol.
