Leon Ware (16 de febrero de 1940 - 23 de febrero de 2017) fue un compositor, productor y cantante estadounidense. Además de su carrera como intérprete solista, Ware es conocido por trabajo como productor de numerosos éxitos para artistas como Michael Jackson , Quincy Jones , Maxwell, Minnie Riperton y Marvin Gaye .
Elektra financed a follow-up, and Ware's fifth album, Leon Ware, was released in 1982. Unfortunately for Ware, the label dropped him when the album failed to sell many copies. In 1987, he signed with Slingshot Records and released his sixth album, Undercover.

Leon Ware is the second self-titled and overall fifth studio album by American musician Leon Ware, released in 1982. It was his second and final release for Elektra Records. The album was produced by Ware and Marty Paich.
