Synopsis. Bart sneaks out of school and finds himself at a party for Mayor Quimby's nephew, Freddy — but when Freddy gets in trouble for allegedly assaulting a French waiter, Bart must choose between keeping his mouth shut about the ordeal or exposing the truth and admitting that he cut school to see it happen.
