Willem Bentinck, Lord of Rhoon and Pendrecht (6 November 1704 – 13 October 1774) was a Dutch nobleman and politician, and the eldest son from the second marriage of William Bentinck, 1st Earl of Portland. He was created Count Bentinck (Graf Bentinck) of the Holy Roman Empire in 1732.
Willem graaf Bentinck (Whitehall in Londen, 6 november 1704 - Den Haag, 13 oktober 1774), heer van Rhoon en Pendrecht, na 1732 rijksgraaf Bentinck, oudste zoon uit het tweede huwelijk van Hans Willem Bentinck, graaf van Portland, was een Nederlands edelman en politicus.
William Bentinck (known as Willem Bentinck in Dutch) was the first son of the second marriage of the 1st Earl of Portland. His half-brother Henry Bentinck, 1st Duke of Portland, inherited his father's English possessions. William inherited the Dutch lordships of Rhoon and Pendrecht.

These sons are Willem (or William) Bentinck (born at Whitehall Gardens in 1704) and his younger brother Charles John (born at Bulstrode Park in 1708). His eldest son from his first marriage, to Lady Anne Villiers, was Henry Bentinck, Lord Woodstock and later, from 1715, the Duke of Portland and governor of Jamaica.
