West Vancouver Secondary school provides an environment to help students gain self-confidence and become life-long learners and responsible citizens. We offer many special programs, including the IB Diploma, ArtWest45, Youth Train in Trades (ACE-IT) Carpentry, and the Sports Academies.
West Vancouver Secondary School (WVSS) is a five-year secondary school located in the middle of West Vancouver, British Columbia which educates grades 8 through 12. It is one of the three public high schools in West Vancouver. The school has two campuses, a North Campus and a South Campus.
West Vancouver Schools (WVS) is a community of learners that draws students from West Vancouver, Bowen Island, Lions Bay and beyond. As the top performing public school board in British Columbia, WVS is built on a tradition of academic excellence. WVS is comprised of 14 elementary and 3 secondary institutions.
We are pleased to accept applications for Grades 8-12 from families and students residing both within and outside of West Vancouver School’s boundaries. ADMISSIONS APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE ACCEPTED. AS OF 8am ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2022.
