Oliver's Hound of the Baskervilles. background story. The idea for the Hound of the Baskervilles album probably first came to us when we were deciding on a story on which to base our first collaboration.
Both Clive Nolan and Oliver Wakeman are keyboard players, and it comes natural for the album to be mainly based on keyboards, than guitars. Melodies rather than riffs are the center of the music here, surrounded and completed by first-class vocals, especially by Bob Catley, with each singer having a single role.
