Noel Scott Engel (January 9, 1943 – March 22, 2019), better known by his stage name Scott Walker, was an American-British singer-songwriter and record producer who resided in England.
11 de feb. de 2007 · These are songs recorded when Walker was Engel and in his teens and are light centurys away from the Walker who recorded the ground breaking "Tilt". If you want EVERYTHING Walker recorded then yes, this album is for you but, if you appreciate the finer works of the man i.e. the work of Scott 1, 2, 3 4 and Tilt, then no, steer clear.

In The Beginng with Scott is a collection of wonderful recordings Scott Walker sung in the late 50's. If you are familiar with Scott's work, you will recognise he was a singer from the sometimes under valued Walker Brothers.
