Malcolm Gets (born December 28, 1963) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Richard in the American television sitcom Caroline in the City. Gets is also a dancer, singer, composer, classically trained pianist, vocal director, and choreographer. His first solo album came out in 2009 from PS Classics .

Malcolm Gets is a graduate of the University of Florida (1987) and the Yale School of Drama (1992). He has been nominated for the Tony Award and the Drama Desk Award, and is the winner of the Obie Award and Actor's Equity St. Clair Bayfield Award for Outstanding Classical Performance.
Malcolm Gets has won the Outstanding Actor - Musical award at the Drama Desk Awards for his performance in Amour.
