Hjördis Paulina Genberg (10 November 1919 – 24 December 1997) was a Swedish actress and model. She was the second wife of English actor and author David Niven. Genberg was among the first supermodels of Sweden.

Born on May 10, 1921, in the town of Söderhamn, Sweden, Hjördis Niven (née Genberg) began her journey in a country known for its stark landscapes and deep cultural roots. The Scandinavian sensibilities of simplicity and natural beauty were embodied in her and would later become a part of her international allure.
A well kept secret, 1964. In 1964, Hjördis described life at Lo Scoglietto: “I can speak for the whole family when I say we have found happiness here. David is more settled now than he has ever been.”. “We wanted a family,” David said. “These little girls keep us young.”.
Hjördis Genberg was born on 10 November 1919 in Åsarne, Sweden. She was an actress, known for The Peter Lind Hayes Show (1950) and The Jack Benny Program (1950). She was married to David Niven and Carl-Gustav Tersmeden. She died on 24 December 1997.
