Biografía. Kevin Smith se destacó por primera vez con la comedia de bajo presupuesto Clerks, detrás del mostrador (1994), que escribió, dirigió, coprodujo y la que actuó como el personaje Silent Bob del dúo de stoners Jay y Silent Bob, el cual apareció en las películas posteriores de Smith.
Biografía. Kevin Patrick Smith es hijo de Grace Smith y de Donald Smith, un extrabajador de correos. Desde niño Kevin se convirtió en un fanático del cine y del cómic.
