Saturino Orestes Armas Miñoso Arrieta, (Perico, Matanzas, 29 de noviembre de 1923 - 1 de marzo de 2015) [1] apodado "El Cometa Cubano" y "Mr. White Sox", fue un beisbolista cubano. Inició su carrera en las ligas negras y se convirtió en un tercer base estrella con los New York Cubans.
Saturnino Orestes "Minnie" Armas Arrieta Miñoso (/ m ɪ ˈ n oʊ s oʊ /, Spanish:; November 29, 1923 – March 1, 2015), nicknamed "the Cuban Comet", was a Cuban professional baseball player. He began his baseball career in the Negro leagues in 1946 and became an All-Star third baseman with the New York Cubans .

Miñoso recorded one hit in eight at-bats to become a four-decade player, then became a five-decade big league player when he appeared in two games for the Sox in 1980. Miñoso appeared in games in the Northern League in 1993 and 2003, making him a seven-decade pro baseball player.
