  6. Mana won the World Cup with Japan in 2011 at just 18 years of age and has now received more than 80 caps. She won Asian Young Footballer of the Year in 2008 and 2009 and was named MVP in the 2018 Asian Cup. On January 2023 she joined Tottenham Hotspur on loan for the remainder of the season.
