Eberhard Herf (20 March 1887– 30 January 1946) was a German police official and war criminal during the Nazi era. He commanded Police Regiment North and Order Police units in Minsk, Belarus. Following the war, Herf was convicted in the Minsk Trial and executed.

Eberhard Herf (* 20. März 1887 in Krefeld; † 30. Januar 1946 in Minsk) war ein deutscher Offizier, zuletzt SS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Polizei im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Nach Kriegsende wurde er als Kriegsverbrecher hingerichtet.
The Minsk Trial was a war crimes trial held in front of a Soviet military tribunal in 1946 in Minsk, the capital of Soviet Belarus. Defendants included German military, police, and SS officials who were responsible for implementing the occupational policies in Belarus during the German–Soviet War of 1941–45 .
He commanded Police Regiment North and Order Police units in Minsk, Belarus; in the latter capacity, Eberhard Herf directed mass murder of the Jews in the Minsk Ghetto. Following the war, Eberhard Herf was convicted in the Minsk Trial and executed.
