Bianca Stigter, Lady McQueen is a Dutch film director from Amsterdam. She directed Three Minutes: A Lengthening. [1] She is married to director Steve McQueen, and was associate producer on his films Widows and 12 Years a Slave. [2]

McQueen is married to Bianca Stigter, a Dutch cultural critic, with whom he has a daughter and a son, Alex and Dexter. Since 1997, the McQueens have kept a home in Amsterdam, in addition to their home in London.
