Emily Clark Hewitt (born May 26, 1944) is an American lawyer and minister who served as a former judge and the chief judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Harvard Law, 1978. Emily C. Hewitt was a federal judge for the United States Court of Federal Claims. She joined the court in 1998 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Hewitt also served as the Chief Judge of the Court from 2009 until her term ended. Hewitt's term expired on October 21, 2013.
