Police Squad Lieutenant Frank Drebin is on vacation in Beirut when he disrupts a conference of America's greatest enemies ( Idi Amin, Muammar Gaddafi, Ayatollah Khomeini, Yasser Arafat, Fidel Castro, and Mikhail Gorbachev [4]) who are trying to conceive a terrorist plan to humiliate the U.S.
Sinopsis. Tras quedar gravemente herido su compañero Nordberg en un tiroteo protagonizado por una banda de narcotraficantes, el incompetente teniente Frank Drebin busca al jefe de la organización para vengarse. Sospecha del magnate naviero Vincent Ludwig, pero no tiene pruebas para inculparlo.
