Conquest of the Planet of the Apes is a 1972 American science fiction film directed by J. Lee Thompson and written by Paul Dehn. The film is the sequel to Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971) and the fourth installment in the original Planet of the Apes film series. [3]

Argumento. En los Estados Unidos de 1991, Armando ( Ricardo Montalbán) explica que en 1983 (10 años después del final de Escape from the Planet of the Apes, el cual dura dos años lineales), una enfermedad mató a todos los gatos y perros del mundo, dejando a los seres humanos sin animales domésticos.
Conquest of the Planet of the Apes. En un mundo futurista, tras una epidemia que mató a la mayoría de los animales domésticos en Estados Unidos durante 1991, los seres humanos adoptaron a los simios como mascotas, convirtiéndolos posteriormente en sus esclavos.
