Kate Boy are a Swedish synth-pop duo from Stockholm. The group was founded by Kate Akhurst, from Australia, and Markus Dextegen, from Sweden, together with former Swedish members Hampus Nordgren Hemlin and Oskar Sikow. All members have participated in writing, producing and playing instruments.
On Friday we will share the first song from the new music we've been working on, it's been too long since we've shared and connected with you all. We have the deepest gratitude to those of you who have patiently waited and supported us throughout this wild ride. We can't wait to start this new chapter together. xx Kate and Markus / KB

The group was founded by Kate Akhurst, from Australia, and Markus Dextegen, from Sweden, together with former Swedish members Hampus Nordgren Hemlin and Oskar Sikow. All members have participated in writing, producing and playing instruments. They released their debut studio album, One, in November 2015.
