Soul Asylum es una banda estadounidense de rock alternativo, formada en Minneapolis, Minnesota en 1981. [1] En sus inicios, surgieron bajo el nombre de Loud Fast Rules, integrada por Dan Murphy, David Pirner, Karl Mueller y Pat Morley. Morley fue luego reemplazado por Grant Young en 1984.
