Kembra Pfahler (born August 4, 1961) is an American performance artist and rock musician. Her film work is associated with the movement known as the Cinema of Transgression. As a musician, she leads the band The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black, who are inspired by glam, punk and shock rock.

Her show The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black (TVHOKB) has her performing naked, her body covered with red paint. Enormous black wigs and black teeth have become a classic among the New York underground and an inspiration to many artists around the world.
