Rosengarden began playing drums when he was 12, and later studied at the University of Michigan.
Bobby Rosengarden was born on 23 April 1924 in Elgin, Illinois, USA. He is known for The Ernie Kovacs Show (1961), The Steve Allen Show (1950) and The Tonight Show (1953). He was married to Sharon Lee Rosier and Dorothy Kline. He died on 27 February 2007 in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
