Pavlos Kountouriotis (Greek: Παύλος Κουντουριώτης; 9 April 1855 – 22 August 1935) was a Greek admiral who served during the Balkan Wars, was regent of Greece, and the first president of the Second Hellenic Republic.

Pavlos Kountouriotιs (1844-1894) born in Hydra in 1855, came from the wealthy seafaring Kountouriotes family. He enlisted in the Royal Hellenic Navy in 1874 and took part in the Greek-Turkish conflicts of 1886 and the war of 1897.
