Tulinabo Salama Mushingi (born August 4, 1956, in the Democratic Republic of Congo) is an American diplomat who has served as the United States ambassador to Angola and the United States ambassador to São Tomé and Príncipe since 2022.
Tulinabo S. Mushingi, Ph.D., was nominated by President Biden on April 19, 2021, and confirmed by the U.S. Senate on December 18, 2021. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Mushingi served as Ambassador to Senegal and Guinea-Bissau from 2017-2022 and as Ambassador to Burkina Faso from 2013-2016.

After nomination by President Barack Obama and his confirmation by the U.S. Senate, Mushingi arrived in Ouagadougou , the capital of Burkina Faso, and began serving as ambassador on August 5, 2013.
