Henrietta Godolphin, 2nd Duchess of Marlborough (19 July 1681 – 24 October 1733) was the daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, general of the army, and Sarah Jennings, Duchess of Marlborough, close friend and business manager of Queen Anne.

Henrietta Churchill (b. 19 Jul 1681 – d. 24 Oct 1733) married Francis Godolphin, 2 nd Earl of Godolphin (b. 3 Sep 1678 – d. 17 Jan 1766), son of Sidney Godolphin, 1 st Earl of Godolphin. They had three children: William, Marquess of Blandford (b. 1700 – d. 24 Aug 1731) m.
Hace 6 días · Her mother was the well known Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough and she was born on 20th July 1681. Later she succeeded to her father's titles under a special Act of Parliament. Henrietta died on 24th October and was buried on 9th November 1733.
She disparaged her "poor friend" by announcing that Henrietta was sub-jected "to a most violent ridicule"7 when, in 1723, her youngest daughter, Lady Mary Godolphin, was born.
