Philippe Douste-Blazy (nacido el 1 de enero de 1951 en Lourdes) es un político francés conservador del partido Unión por un Movimiento Popular (UMP). Ha ocupado diversos ministerios en el gobierno francés, el último de ellos el de Asuntos Exteriores, hasta el año 2007.
