Hannah Harrison Ludwell Lee (December 5, 1701 – January 25, 1750) was an American colonial heiress and the wife of Colonel Thomas Lee. A granddaughter of Philip Ludwell and Benjamin Harrison II, she was a prominent figure within the American gentry. She grew up at Green Spring Plantation, her family's home in James City County.
Hannah Harrison Ludwell was born December 5, 1701, daughter of Philip Ludwell II and Hannah Harrison, a member of the prominent Harrison family at the named plantation, "Greenspring," in James City County, Virginia. In May, 1722, Hannah married Thomas Lightfoot Lee, the fourth son of Colonel Richard Lee, II, "the scholar" and Laetitia (Corbin) Lee.

In May 1722, Thomas Lee married Hannah Harrison Ludwell (December 5, 1701 – January 25, 1750), a member of the prominent Harrison family of Virginia, at Green Spring Plantation, James City County, Virginia. The marriage lasted his life and brought him increased wealth and status.
Lee was born on December 13, 1730, probably at Stratford Hall Plantation, Westmoreland County, Virginia to Thomas Lee and his wife Hannah Harrison Ludwell. Born into the First Families of Virginia (as described below), he was the couple's third son and the second to survive into adulthood.
Hannah Ludwell Lee was the daughter of Philip Ludwell II and Hannah Harrison Ludwell of Greensprings. She married Thomas Lee of Machodoc in 1722. Dimensions: 30 x 25 in. (76.2 x 63.5 cm.) She wears a blue wrap dress with red lining.
